Online Training is designed to quickly and enjoyably help you to improve your movement practice - by sharing with you the most valuable, relevant aspects of my own training and experience.

We always meet at your level and work from here. You can train online in two ways: Online One-to-Ones and the Online Movement Library.

 The session takes place live in your home or studio space. You set up your phone, ipad or laptop so that we can work live together in the space, allowing me to talk you through, demonstrate, and offer feedback as we work, just as we would in-person.

The purpose of the Online Movement Library is to support you to incorporate acrobatics and floorwork into a versatile, fluid and expressive practice of movement.

This is achieved by giving you access to a well structured and in-depth online training resource, that can be accessed anywhere and anytime.

The library aims to quickly and enjoyably help you to improve your movement practice - sharing with you the most valuable, relevant and efficient means to train individual movements, transitions and sequences. You can expect to improve your movement vocabulary quickly and sustainably with this format.


The library is structured into four main areas: Acrobatics, Floorwork, Transitions, and Sequences.

Each area consists of a variety of individual moves.

Each individual move is structured as an In-depth Walkthrough Guide. This Walkthrough Guide offers everything you need to get started with this movement, and incorporate it into your practice, until it’s a refined and reliable part of your movement vocabulary.

The structure of the library means you are free to pick and choose what you’d like to work on, choosing from an extensive vocabulary.


The Walkthrough Guide for each move in the library is a full package, which includes:

  • Walkthrough Video (Vimeo On Demand)
    Full video walkthrough including pre-requisites, skill drills, hand & foot positions, starting stance, skill drills, progressions, common obstacles & solutions, slow-motion analysis and movement chronology)

  • Walkthrough Document (PDF)
    This document supplements the information in the video

  • Training Plan Document (PDF)
    This gives you an overview of how to strategically train this movement as part of your weekly practice, with recommended structure of your sessions, and recommended sets and reps.

  • Welcome Document (PDF)
    A general welcome to the library, giving you an orientation in the Body Roots online approach and background information.

This combination offers you the technical know-how for the movements you want to master, and a plan for making progress quickly and efficiently.
