How It Works
In your free consultation call,
we'll have a chat about where you’re at and how I will help.
From here we follow up with one coaching session each week, online or in-person as you prefer. Between sessions you receive personalised support, resources and accountability check-ins via a coaching app.
Coaching is available in blocks of
6 weeks (£270) or 12 weeks (£540). This equates to £45 per session. The aim is always to get you to a place where you are able to self-regulate your stress,
sleep & lifestyle - and experience lasting change.
