'FINDING MY PRACTICE' COURSE
A 6-week reflective coaching course designed to connect you more deeply with a meaningful & sustainable physical practice of your own. Practitioners of all movement & exercise forms are welcome in this 1:1 course; no special skills required. From athletes to desk-jockeys, from eighteen to eighty-eight, any body is welcome. Come as you are, leave feeling better.
Weekly Time Commitment:
60m live session (Zoom), plus a further 30 min weekly for reflective tasks. Sessions are arranged at a convenient time in your timezone, after booking.
